CHAPTER I: THE NAME POSITION

Article 4

Article 5

Article 6

CHAPTER V: MEMBERSHIP

Article 7

(1) a. Members of cooperatives are the owner and user services cooperatives.

Article 8

Each Member has the obligation:

Article 9

Each Member has the right:
1. Attend, express opinions and vote in the Meeting of Members.
2. Selecting and / or members elected to the Board or Supervisors.

Article 10

Membership ends, when:
1. Died.

Article 11

CHAPTER VI: MEMBER MEETING

Article 12

(1) Member Meeting (RA) is the holder of the highest authority in the cooperative.
(2) In the Member Meeting, each member has one (1) rights.

Article 13

Article 14

Article 15

Article 17

CHAPTER VII: The

Article 19

Article 20

Article 21

Article 22

Article 23

Article 24

Article 25

CHAPTER VIII: SUPERVISORS

Article 27

Article 29

Article 30

CHAPTER XII: CAPITAL COOPERATIVE

Article 35

(1) Capital cooperative consists of its own capital and outside capital / loan.

d. Grants.
e. Donation.

a. Members.

Article 36

Article 37

Article 39

CHAPTER XIV: dependent MEMBERS

Article 42

Article 43

Article 44

Article 46

CHAPTER XVI: Development

Article 48

CHAPTER XVIII: Penalties

Article 50

BAB XIX : ANGGARAN RUMAH TANGGA DAN PERATURAN KHUSUS

Pasal 51

Rapat Anggota menetapkan Anggaran Rumah Tangga dan Peraturan Khusus yang memuat ketentuan-ketentuan pelaksanaan dalam Anggaran Dasar Koperasi serta hal-hal yang belum dimuat dalam Anggaran Dasar ini.

Pasal 52

Demikian Anggaran Dasar Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Fisika Terapan LIPI ini ditetapkan dan diatur oleh Rapat Anggota dan ditanda tangani oleh Pengurus yang diberi kuasa oleh Rapat Anggota.
